I'm a real estate agent, renovator & strategist who believes you can find or make your dream home. I discovered my passion for real estate, design and renovation by accident: when a pipe burst in the first home I ever owned turned renovation into a must-do.

I help buyers and sellers navigate the Greater Seattle real estate market strategically by understanding what it takes to win in a competitive market, what motivates buyers and how to overcome buyer objections. I bring with me experience as a sales strategist, analyst and marketer from more than a decade in the aviation industry. My ability to observe patterns helps me to accurately predict neighborhood housing trends and know what it will take to win and how to price a home for success.
